Lucian Morié

As Policy Analyst, Lucian applies his economic insights and research skills toward Carbon Gap's science-led advocacy and thought-leadership. He is dedicated to developing an effective, just, and innovative CDR ecosystem to contain the continued breach of planetary boundaries and to support the transition towards a circular economy. Lucian joined Carbon Gap in 2022 to prevent the worst of the climate crisis through progressive CDR policy and to encourage Europe to take responsibility for its historic emissions. Now based in London, Lucian grew up in France in a bilingual household and school system. He has a BA in sociology and political science from Sciences Po Reims and an MSc in Environmental Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics.
